Talendex Scores
As your company's largest asset, talent must be measured if it is to have any quantifiable value.
A Talendex Score is as easy to understand as a P/E ratio. Talent + Index, the Talendex measures workforce health and predictability. It is a comprised of a group of Measures that that deliver a single numerical Score. This Score indicates the value of a particular workforce by measuring how closely it is meeting the company's master plan. For example, a company that has a Talendex Score of 82 is attaining 82 percent of its stated goals for the workforce.
An open standard, the Talendex is different than conventional Human Resource and Financial measures because it indexes three broad factors that best value the talent of a workforce:
- Management's Effectiveness in planning and attaining goals
- Continual Flow of Talent, which is the cycle of forecasting hires, managing attrition, internal succession, and external recruiting
- Financial Aptitude to make and manage money.
