Principals
Darren Pym
Darren Pym's groundbreaking management model closes the gaps in conventional workforce management. By creating linkage among workforce systems and programs, Pym's Integrated Workforce Model allows for the comprehensive measurement and structured development of a company's talent. Pym has focused on operational efficiency throughout his twelve years of building and leading Staffing organizations for some of the world's most talent-filled, high-growth companies including Healtheon/WebMD, Kaiser Permanente Information Technology, Microsoft Corporation, Proxima Corporation and Universal Studios. Pym completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Puget Sound, and received postgraduate education in Human Resources at The Wharton School of Business.
Scott Johnson
Scott Johnson has 15 years of experience in technology, business consulting, and executive leadership. Prior to Humanalytics, he was COO and Director of Technology at a leading Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions provider, where he led strategic alliances, product development, technology, client service, and implementation. Working with leading consultants and companies, he personally led development and initial implementations of performance management, succession planning, and other HCM technology solutions. Johnson also worked with IBM on several high-level initiatives, including establishing his company as one of IBM's four initial e-business on demand™ solution partners. He advised IBM executives on e-business on demand™ in the HCM space. He has a strong technology background, managing sales engineering and systems integration efforts. He has directed HCM technology implementations for several leading organizations, including Campbell Soup, Haynes & Boone, Collin County Community College District, and Sprint. Johnson is a proven entrepreneurial leader in business, economic development, and academia. He has PhD coursework and an MA in Economics, and a BS in Business Administration.
